Africa-Press – Mali. <\/strong><\/span>Le Pre\u0301sident du Conseil national de transition (CNT), colonel Malick Diaw, l\u2019a toujours dit et re\u0301pe\u0301te\u0301 : \u00ab L\u2019un des proble\u0300mes majeurs de la Transition est le temps de cette de transition ne doit pas e\u0302tre une pe\u0301riode d\u2019essai. Nous devons aller a\u0300 l\u2019essentiel\u00bb. Conforme\u0301ment a\u0300 cette volonte\u0301 politique mainte fois exprime\u0301e, le Conseil national de transition vient de donner au Gouvernement les instruments ne\u0301cessaires d\u2019aller a\u0300 l\u2019essentiel.<\/p>\n

L\u2019essentiel, c\u2019est l\u2019organisation des e\u0301lections libres, cre\u0301dibles et transparentes sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire national. En effet, depuis a\u0300 son de\u0301but, le CNT a efficacement joue\u0301 son ro\u0302le d\u2019organe le\u0301gislatif de la transition. Il a toujours agi avec diligence pour adopter les projets de loi envoye\u0301s par le Gouvernement. La preuve : aussito\u0302t convoque\u0301 en session extraordinaire, le Pre\u0301sident du CNT a convoque\u0301 ses membres en se\u0301ance ple\u0301nie\u0300re pour donner au Gouvernement les instruments qu\u2019il faut pour booster le processus e\u0301lectoral. La semaine dernie\u0300re, lundi 20 fe\u0301vrier, les membres du CNT ont adopte\u0301 6 projets pour mate\u0301rialiser la nouvelle re\u0301organisation territoriale et des circonscriptions et collectivite\u0301s du Mali. La dernie\u0300re se\u0301ance ple\u0301nie\u0300re de la session s\u2019est tenue mardi dernier. Elle a permis l\u2019adoption des modifications de la loi e\u0301lectorale. Ces coups de piston du CNT permettront au Gouvernement d\u2019appuyer sur l\u2019acce\u0301le\u0301rateur dans la conduite du processus e\u0301lectoral. Du coup, le colonel Diaw et ses lieutenants de\u0301montrent encore leur de\u0301termination pour la bonne marche de la transition.<\/p>\n
