Les revendications n\u2019ayant pas \u00e9t\u00e9 prises en compte, une gr\u00e8ve illimit\u00e9e a commenc\u00e9 hier lundi 28 juin.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les enseignants-chercheurs de la facult\u00e9 des sciences et technique ont repris un arr\u00eat de travail pour faute de condition d\u00e9plorable. Ils informent qu\u2019ils maintiendront leur mot d\u2019ordre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la satisfaction totale de leurs attentes.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les explications du porte-parole du syndicat national de l\u2019Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, Dr. Mamadou Badiaga, les causes principales de cette gr\u00e8ve sont le retard chronique dans le payement des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires et des frais des t\u00e2ches li\u00e9es aux examens et aux encadrements. Il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement de la mauvaise condition de travail du personnel enseignant de la FST et l\u2019ISA et la non application des conclusions de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale tenue le 28 mai 2021 \u00e0 9 heures, dans la salle B2-15 de la FST-ISA.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi le comit\u00e9 Snesup de la FST-ISA exige la mise en \u0153uvre de cinq points de revendications. Il s\u2019agit du paiement imm\u00e9diat et int\u00e9gral de toutes les arri\u00e9r\u00e9es des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires de la FST et de l\u2019ISA et des frais des t\u00e2ches li\u00e9es aux examens et aux encadrements ; l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail du personnel enseignant ; la r\u00e9habilitation des salles de cours, de travaux dirig\u00e9s (TD), de travaux pratiques (TP) et des amphith\u00e9\u00e2tres 1 et 2.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi d\u2019autres points constituent la r\u00e9solution d\u00e9finitive des coupures d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9s et d\u2019eau au sein de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. Ils souhaitent une am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019\u00e9clairage de la cour.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut rappeler que le comit\u00e9 Snesup de la FST-ISA a observ\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re gr\u00e8ve de 72 heures allant du jeudi 17 juin au samedi 19 juin 2021 et la seconde du lundi 21 jusqu\u2019au samedi 26 juin 2021.
