Africa-Press<\/a> – Mali<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le ministre de l\u2019Economie et des Finances et son homologue de l\u2019Energie et des Mines ont sign\u00e9, ce mardi 13 juillet 2021, une convention de partenariat avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Legendre Energie. La convention porte sur la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une centrale solaire photovolta\u00efque de 50 m\u00e9gawatts \u00e0 Fana dans le cercle de Dioila.<\/b><\/p>\n

D\u2019un co\u00fbt global de 32,8 milliards FCFA, la dur\u00e9e d\u2019installation de la centrale photovolta\u00efque de Fana est de 12 mois. \u00ab Elle sera pr\u00e9visionnelle en 2023, avec une puissance de 50 m\u00e9gawatts-cr\u00eate et un productible annuel d\u2019environ 87 Gigawattheures \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le ministre de l\u2019Energie, Lamine Seydou TRAORE, quelques instants apr\u00e8s avoir sign\u00e9 le contrat de concession.<\/p>\n

Ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise Legendre Energie, le projet sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en BOOT (Build-Own-Operate Transfer). Autrement dit, le financement, la construction et l\u2019exploitation de la centrale seront assur\u00e9s par Fana Solar Power, filiale de Legendre Energie. Le contrat de concession a une dur\u00e9e de vie de 25 ans.<\/p>\n

Le site de la centrale se situe \u00e0 1,3 km du poste source 150kV d\u2019EDM-SA de Fana sur une parcelle de 150 hectares. Gr\u00e2ce aux conditions idoines de raccordement au r\u00e9seau EDM-SA, le prix non index\u00e9 du kilowattheure est de 55 FCFA. \u00ab Un des meilleurs prix du kWh n\u00e9goci\u00e9s \u00e0 ce jour \u00bb, sur le march\u00e9 malien, a expliqu\u00e9 le ministre de l\u2019Energie.<\/p>\n

Aux dires du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Legendre Energie, Alban Casimir, la centrale de Fana, \u00e0 120 km de Bamako, est un projet structurant qui va fournir de l\u2019\u00e9nergie aux populations locales et d\u00e9velopper l\u2019\u00e9conomie connexe.<\/p>\n
