Africa-Press – Mali. <\/strong><\/span>Les pays du Sahel font face \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9misme, \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00e9ducation. Un atelier de 3 jours s\u2019est ouvert dans la capitale malienne ce d\u00e9but de semaine. Il a regroup\u00e9 les pays du Liptako Gourma notamment Mali, Niger et le Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n

Ces pays ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire front ensemble contre l\u2019extr\u00e9misme violent et la vulgarisation de l\u2019Etat de droit, \u00e0 travers le projet de l\u2019Unesco \u201d la pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019extr\u00e9misme violent par l\u2019\u00e9ducation (PEV-E) financ\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Europe des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res sous la pr\u00e9sidence du ministre de l\u2019Education, Mme Sidib\u00e9 D\u00e9d\u00e9ou Ousmane.<\/p>\n

Ce projet PEV-E s\u2019inscrit dans la suite logique de la mandature en cours de l\u2019Unesco qui est les guerres naissent dans l\u2019esprit des hommes et l\u2019\u00e9ducation doit \u00eatre la colonne vert\u00e9brale pour comprendre et lutter contre ces nouvelles formes de guerres.<\/p>\n

Selon le chef du bureau de l\u2019Unesco au Mali M. Edmond Moukala, cet atelier est le fruit d\u2019un travail d\u2019ensemble dans les pays respectifs de la zone Liptako Gourma qui ont eu chacun de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler sur le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des jeunes dans le milieu scolaire cela depuis 2019.<\/p>\n

Faire de l\u2019\u00e9ducation un outil efficace de contrer les forces du mal porteur de l\u2019extr\u00e9misme violent et inculquer les valeurs de l\u2019Etat de droit aux enfants d\u00e8s le bas \u00e2ge surtout que les enfants restent la couche la plus expos\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Education nationale, Kinane Ag Gadega n\u2019a pas manqu\u00e9 de faire part de l\u2019enthousiasme et de l\u2019espoir que fondent le minist\u00e8re sur ce projet qui au del\u00e0 des solutions militaires et s\u00e9curitaires sauront \u00eatre un plus pour palier ce fl\u00e9au qui menace l\u2019avenir des enfants dans le Sahel. \u00ab Le Mali regorge de comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour relever ce d\u00e9fi \u00bb, a conclu Ag Gadega.<\/p>\n

Le Mali avait d\u00e8s le mois de juin travaill\u00e9 sur le projet PEV-E en tirant une conclusion qui consistait \u00e0 axer ce programme au niveau secondaire vu que les jeunes expos\u00e9s ont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral 13, 14 et plus. Ce programme permettra de former une sentinelle d\u2019incubateurs des valeurs de l\u2019Etat de droit un des meilleurs moyens pour freiner l\u2019avanc\u00e9e de l\u2019extr\u00e9misme violent dans le Sahel ont laiss\u00e9 entendre les organisateurs.
