Africa-Press – Mauritius. The new High Commissioner Designate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Mauritius, Mr. Mohammed Musa Yamah, presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Mauritius, Mr. Prithvirajsing Roopun, this afternoon, at the State House, in Réduit .
In a statement after the meeting, the High Commissioner highlighted that the talks with President Roopun focused on ways and means to strengthen the bilateral relationship between Mauritius and Nigeria, especially in areas such as education; business and investments; environment; Information technology and communication; and engineering, among others. These fields, he noted, have the potential to boost the economies of both countries.
