A prince who belongs to LaKwizinn because of his ties to the royal family will soon enjoy a much raised profile. He has so far operated with the utmost discretion but due to new means of investigation now available to the media and social networks, he has just come out.
The prince is Shaan Kundomal. He is the one chosen by a member of the family that currently rules Zimbabwe to place colossal funds extracted from various multi-tiered transactions in the country that became notorious during the reign of Robert Mugabe. The man who hides a fortune in the Mauritian offshore is Kudakwashe Tagwirei. He is close to the current president of Zimbabwe, Emmerson Mnangagwa. Tagwirei juggles billions of dollars.
One of the custodians of Tagwirei’s fortune, acquired of course due to its proximity to the Zimbabwean president, is the Mauritian company Capital Horizons headed by Shaan Kundomal.
Mauritians would never have known about such transactions if it weren’t for an organization called The Sentry founded by the great American actor George Clooney. It is The Sentry which brings to the public the dealings of a relative of the Zimbabwean president and a privileged member of LaKwizinn in Mauritius.
