Africa-Press – Mauritius. The State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, Mr Kenji Yamada, who is on an official visit to Mauritius from 04 to 06 May 2023, called on the Acting President of the Republic of Mauritius, Mr Marie Cyril Eddy Boissézon, today, at the State House in Réduit.
The Japanese State Minister was accompanied by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Mauritius, Mr Shuichiro Kawaguchi, and a 30-member Japanese delegation currently on a Public-Private Joint Mission for Promoting Trade and Investment in Africa.
During his visit, State Minister Yamada will also meet the Prime Minister, Mr Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, and attend a Mauritius-Japan Investment Forum organised by the Embassy of Japan in Mauritius and the Economic Development Board.
