Africa-Press – Mauritius. Moris Linon (LM) submitted its request for’ registration to the office of the Electoral Commission yesterday by being represented by several of its members. Thus, Jean-Claude Barbier argues that LM brings together nine political parties namely 100% Citizens, Patriotic Movement, GREA, Fraternal Greens, Mauritian Rally, Mauritian Justice and Truth Party, En Avant Moris, Social Justice Party, and Citizen Rally for the Fatherland. « We are ready for the campaign and our goal is to gather the entire Mauritian population », he declares.
Jean-Claude Barbier estimates that 65% of voters « pa oule idantifie zot avek sa de gro blok politik la ». According to him « c’is the first time in’history that the population has an alternation on which it can count. » It s’appesantit on the fact that « we have a strong team, competent candidates and an innovative program that we need after 56 years of’independence. » LM says he is conscious « of the hard work and responsibilities that await us. »
Jean-Claude Barbier explained that the members of LM have done some reflective work in the preparation of their program. « We want to put all this into action in the’ interest of the population. We want to rebuild the’ future of youth and country », makes it stand out.
