Sources close to the negotiations indicate that Spurs tabled a bid worth £50 million plus £5 million in add-ons, structured to be paid over a five-year period. However, West Ham are said to be unimpressed with both the headline figure and the payment terms.
Kudus, 23, enjoyed a standout debut season in the Premier League following his move from Ajax, scoring 14 goals and contributing several assists across all competitions.
