Africa-Press – Mauritius. <\/strong><\/span>With more than 30 years of expertise and some 400 successful projects, the Hooloomann company is approaching an important turning point in its journey.<\/p>\n

Leader in the field of \u201cQuantity Surveying\u201d and \u201cProject Management\u201d in the Indian Ocean, this proudly Mauritian firm was approached by another giant of the sector in South Africa, namely RLB Pentad, for a global partnership.<\/p>\n

This entity is part of the global Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) network, present throughout the world with offices in Asia, Europe, the United States, Oceania and the Middle East, and which has great achievements, including the Sydney Opera House in Australia, the HSBC headquarters in Hong Kong, Disneyland Shanghai, and the 2012 Olympic Games stadium in London.<\/p>\n

The objective of this partnership is now to focus on the African and Indo-Oceanic region. \u2018An alliance with the same values, the same principles and the same philosophy.<\/p>\n

\u2019 \u2013 this is how Navin Hooloomann, founder and director of the eponymous company, describes this partnership with RLB from the outset.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe story of Rider Levett Bucknall is very much like that of Hooloomann.<\/p>\n

Before their merger in 2007, each of these entities grew, like us, with the economy of their respective country and continent, notably in Australia from 1785 for Rider Hunt, in England in 1947 for Bucknall Austin, and in Hong Kong in 1962 for Levettand Bailey.<\/p>\n

Hooloomann has also been supporting the Mauritian economy since 1987, during the era of the first major construction projects in the hotel and industrial sectors.<\/p>\n

This partnership was therefore written even before its beginnings\u201d. says the CEO. Hooloomann also takes over the Mauritian subsidiary of RLB Pentad of South Africa, which opened an office in Saint-Pierre in 2009.<\/p>\n

Partnering with RLB will allow the Mauritian company to support its clients for all their construction projects, both on the African continent and in the Indian Ocean region, where it has been operating for more than 30 years now. The firm, launched in 1987 in a small office in Quatre-Bornes, is now present in the Seychelles, the Maldives and Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n
