The event was organized by \u201cBanker Africa\u201d magazine and rewards excellence and best practices in banking and finance in the African region.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Raj Dussoye, Chief Executive \u2013 Banking of SBM said that \u201cThis award testifies that the bank is continuing in the right direction towards excellence in terms of quality of service and the sustained effort of our employees.<\/p>\n<p>It is also a source of pride and encouragement for us, and the future bodes well. \u201d As a reminder, SBM recently marked its entry into the banking landscape on the African continent with the official takeover of Fidelity Commercial Bank and its 10 branches in Kenya.<\/p>\n<p>It will bring its expertise to the African market and will diversify financial products and services.
