Africa-Press – Mauritius. <\/strong><\/span>The Minister of Labour, Human Resource Development and Training, Minister of Commerce and Consumer Protection, Mr Soodesh Satkam Callichurn, chaired, this morning, a first inter-ministerial meeting on the Fixing of Price of Cattle meat in view of the forthcoming Eid-Ul-Adha 2022 celebration. The meeting was held at Victoria House in Port-Louis. Another meeting will be held next week.
\nThe Vice-Prime Minister, Minister of Local Government and Disaster Risk Management, Dr Mohammad Anwar Husnoo, the Minister of Social Integration, Social Security and National Solidarity, Mrs Fazila Jeewa-Daureeawoo, the Senior Adviser to the Prime Minister, Dr Zouberr Joomaye, participated in the meeting. Representatives from the Ministry of Agro Industry and Food Security, the Mauritius Meat Authority and Socovia Ltd, were also present.<\/p>\n
