Africa-Press – Mauritius. <\/strong><\/span>The entertainment sector is regaining a new dynamism after nearly two years of inactivity due to the COVID-19 pandemic, said the Minister of Arts and Cultural Heritage, Mr Avinash Teeluck, following his meeting, today, with two renowned Indian playback singers namely, Mr Pawandeep Rajan and Ms Arunita Kanjilal.
\nThe meeting was held at the seat of the Ministry in Port-Louis. The two singers are currently in Mauritius for a live concert which will be held tomorrow at the C\u00f4te d’Or National Sports Complex.<\/p>\n

Minister Teeluck also indicated that he had a pleasant meeting with the two singers who, according to him, are excelling in the world of music. Pawandeep Rajan is a famous Indian playback singer from Champawat, Uttarakhand, India.<\/p>\n

He is the winner of The Voice India singing reality show 2015. In 2020, Pawandeep participated in the Sony Entertainment TV show Indian Idol Season 12 and became the winner.<\/p>\n

In 2016, the Government of Uttarakhand appointed Pawandeep Rajan as Youth Brand Ambassador of Uttrakhand. As for Arunita Kanjilal, she is talented singer and originates from Kolkata in India.<\/p>\n

She participated in Zee Bangla\u2019s singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs in 2013 and was the winner of the show. In Indian Idol Season 12, Arunita impressed the judges and audiences with her singing. She has also performed in many international stage shows.<\/p>\n
