Africa-Press – Mauritius. <\/strong><\/span>In an open market transaction on Monday, HSBC Bank Mauritius sold 13.91 lakh shares of the retail firm V-Mart Retail for Rs392 crore. HSBC Bank Mauritius Limited AC Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings sold 13,91,826 shares, or 7.04 % of the firm, according to the BSE’s bulk trade data.<\/p>\n

The shares were sold at an average price of Rs2,816.29 per share, bringing the total transaction value to Rs391.97 crore. In the meanwhile, Plutus Wealth Management LLP purchased 11,45,000 business shares.<\/p>\n

According to information provided by the stock exchange, as of the June quarter, HSBC Bank Mauritius Limited AC Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings held 7.04 % of the firm. Shares of V-Mart Retail closed Monday’s trading session on the BSE 3.49 percent down at Rs2,892.75 per share.<\/p>\n
