Africa-Press – Mauritius. <\/strong><\/span>The Prime Minister, Mr. Pravind Jugnauth, met with the President of Latvia, Mr. Egils Levits this Wednesday, September 21, 2022. This bilateral meeting was held on the sidelines of the 77th session of the General Assembly of Nations United in New York.<\/p>\n

Discussions between the two sides focused on climate change and its effects on small-area countries, such as Mauritius and Latvia.<\/p>\n

Mr. Pravind Jugnauth and Mr. Egils Levits also reviewed several avenues of cooperation that could benefit our two countries, including trade and tourism.<\/p>\n
