The Tesla and SpaceX CEO paid $44 billion (about \u20ac43.6 billion) for this deal. And as soon as he \u2018taken the reins\u2019 of the company, Musk set in motion a redesign of leadership structures.<\/p>\n

According to the Associated Press news agency, the company\u2019s executive director, financial director and general council were immediately removed from their positions , at the request of the now owner of Twitter.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s so far CEO, Parag Agrawal, and Nem Segal, the financial director, were even escorted out of the building as soon as the deal was closed, according to sources consulted by Reuters.<\/p>\n
