When rumors spread that political parties are gearing up for elections, speculation swirls around the behavior of parties, including the main ruling and opposition parties.<\/p>\n

Of course, the attitude of the electorate is also analysed. And yet, the expectations of the population remain in vain once the elections are over. To understand this paradox, we asked Yvan Martial, journalist and historian, keen observer of the local political landscape.<\/p>\n
