Africa-Press – Mauritius. <\/strong><\/span>otice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of MDIT (the ‘Company’) has declared a final dividend of MUR 0.07 per ordinary share to all shareholders registered at close of business on 25 September 2023, in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2023.<\/p>\n

The dividend will be paid on or about 29 September 2023. The shares ofthe Company will be traded cum-final dividend up to and including the market day of 20 September 2023, and e \u00b7-final dividend as from 21 eptember 2023.<\/p>\n
