Africa-Press<\/a> – Mauritius<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>The police are wearing their new uniform as of Monday, October 11.<\/p>\n

This new outfit was approved during the Council of Ministers on October 1.<\/p>\n

It should be remembered that the police decided to change their uniforms to distinguish themselves from professions requiring the wearing of a blue uniform, such as the guards of security companies.<\/p>\n

The new police uniform includes additions such as an embroidered badge on one of the triangular pockets of the shirt, a gray on the seams of the pants and skirts and the silver metal badge of the Mauritius Police Force on the collar, between others.<\/p>\n

However, the police officers who received their new uniform and were able to examine it closely, are already complaining about their quality.<\/p>\n
