They are our future,\u201d they said in a written statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s the belief behind our $6.25 billion commitment to support Invest America, a bipartisan, federally backed initiative that gives every American child under 18 access to a tax-advantaged investment account from birth, one their family can activate and contribute to over time, and one that grows alongside them,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>Each eligible child will receive $250, according to the statement.<\/p>\n<p>Beginning next year, the US Treasury will contribute $1,000 to Invest America accounts for every baby born on or after Jan. 1, 2025.
