The 1976 triumph remains Morocco\u2019s only AFCON title to date.<\/p>\n<p>International in the 1970s<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur deepest condolences go out to the family of Ahmed Moujahid, former Moroccan international and Wydad Athletic Club player, as well as to the entire Moroccan soccer family. He wore the Moroccan national team jersey in the 1970s and was part of the team that won the Africa Cup of Nations in Ethiopia in 1976,\u201d wrote the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is with deep sadness and great sorrow that WAC has learned of the death of its former player Ahmed Moujahid.
