They are:

- Constant-Serge Bounda, Ambassador of the Republic of the Congo
- Fahad Abdullah Fahad Al-Issa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Wezi Moyo, Ambassador of the Republic of Malawi
- Pham Hoang Kim,Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
- Choi Won Sok, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea
- Walid Adel Abdelaziz Elmeligy, Ambassador the Arab Republic of Egypt
