Africa-Press – Mozambique. The Mozambican government says that negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) are well advanced with the parties continuing to analyse the structuring measures of the new financing program.
Prime Minister Adriano Maleiane told journalists in Maputo last Friday, March 4, that the International Monetary Fund and the government are clear on the objectives of the new financing package.
Maleiane, who was speaking moments after taking office as the new prime minister of the Mozambican government, explained that funding targets are currently being quantified.
