Africa-Press – Mozambique. The President of Frelimo and of the Republic of Mozambique, Filipe Nyusi, is this afternoon (Tuesday, July 6) participating virtually in the Communist Party of China (CPC) and World Political Parties Summit.
Themed “For the People’s Wellbeing: the Responsibility of Political Parties”, the summit will gather more than 500 political parties leader and over 10,000 party representatives from 160-plus countries.
Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee and Chinese president, will attend the CPC and World Political Parties Summit and deliver a keynote speech in Beijing on Tuesday evening via video link.
The event is part of the CCP’s 100-year celebrations, on the 1st of July.
