Africa-Press – Mozambique. The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, using the powers attributed to him by the Constitution of the Republic, promulgated and ordered the publication of the revision of law number 11/2002 of 2 March – the ‘Sports Law’.
Still using the same powers, the Head of State enacted and ordered the publication of the revision of law number 4/2014, of 5 February, which creates the National Migration Service (SENAMI).
These laws were recently approved by the Assembly of the Republic and submitted to the President of the Republic for promulgation, and the Head of State verified that they do not contradict the Basic Law (Constitution).
