Africa-Press – Mozambique. An average of 50 people have been detained in police custody every day since the PRM launched its ‘Mask In Hand’ operation, aimed at sensitising Maputo residents to the mandatory and correct use of masks.
This Wednesday, the PRM arrested 18 individuals for not wearing masks correctly while circulating on public roads and in crowded places.
