Africa-Press – Mozambique. Everything is ready for the start, at 9:00 a.m. next Wednesday, 30th November, of the reading of sentences in the ‘undeclared debts’ case, ‘Noticias’ reports.
“The reading of the sentence will take place in the same place where the trial was held and the structure will be the same. There will be live transmission during the five days scheduled for this purpose,” Judge José Macaringue explained on behalf of the Judicial Court of Maputo City.
Judge Macaringue also said that the state of mind of case judge Efigénio Baptista was good and calm, which is why he would be reading the sentence.
Other dates and times [besides Wednesday, at 9 a,m,] would depend on the judge, Macaringue concluded.
