Africa-Press – Mozambique. The government of Sofala has publicly presented the new concessionary company taking up the promotion of cotton in the province. Mandorle Investimento Limitada replaces China Cotton, which has terminated the provision of services to producers of the so-called “white gold”.
The new concessionaire for the promotion of cotton in Sofala has an investment fund estimated at 150 million meticais.
The government intends to revitalise cotton production in the central Mozambican province.
