Africa-Press – Mozambique. The government yesterday approved the decree approving the Regulation for the Management of Seized or Recovered Assets in favour of the State.
The document sets out the administrative procedures for managing the seized or the recovered assets and also the Asset Management Office.
It was approved at the 13th Ordinary Session of the Council of Ministers held this Tuesday.
The regulation also applies to the Asset Management Office within the scope of its relations with the central and provincial Asset Recovery Offices, and with other judicial authorities within the scope of national proceedings or acts resulting from international legal and judicial cooperation.
