Africa-Press – Mozambique. The Senior Defence and Security Advisor to President Paul Kagame, General James Kabarebe, on Friday, June 23, visited Rwandan Security Forces (RSF) operating in Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique.
According to a statement by the Ministry of Defence, Kabarebe was received by the RSF Joint Task Force Commander Maj Gen Eugene Nkubito, who briefed him on the progress registered in their counter-terrorism operations in Cabo Delgado.
During interactions with the RSF in Mocimboa da Praia District, Kabarebe “conveyed a message from H.E President Paul Kagame appreciating their commitment in fulfilling their duties and encouraged them to remain steadfast and dedicated in achieving good results,” the statement reads.
