Africa-Press – Mozambique. A citizen whose identity Miramar has not yet been able to ascertain, was abducted this Thursday morning at the campus of the Eduardo Mondlane University, in the city of Maputo.
Witnesses say that the victim, in the company of his wife, as was routine, had just left his daughter at the kindergarten and was already leaving the campus, using an alternative route.
In the middle of the way, according to Miramar sources, a vehicle was parked and beside it, were two men with guns drawn. These armed men would have started firing into the air, a fact that left the couple in panic, until the victim immobilised the car. Then, according to Miramar sources, the men approached the car, broke the window and forced the victim to go down to the kidnappers’ vehicle, who immediately fled, leaving behind his wife.
