Africa-Press – Mozambique. Four individuals are being held at the 18th Police Station of the Republic of Mozambique, in Maputo city, accused of theft and fraudulent use of debit cards.
The group was caught red-handed at a petrol station on Avenida 24 de Julho in the Malanga neighbourhood.
