Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>Thirteen cooperation partners who stood out most by their efforts in the 2021 economic year were distinguished last Thursday afternoon in the office of the governor of Cabo Delgado.<\/p>\n

The partners who directly supported the Provincial Executive Council were: USAID, MASC Foundation, AZ Khinera, Ayuda en Acci\u00f3n Foundation, Cabo Delgado Alimos Council, CD em Movimento, Embassy of the United States of America, Centre for Democracy and Development, FOCAD, (Cabo Delgado Civil Society Organisations Forum), Swiss Cooperation and the Cabo Delgado Business Council.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the award ceremony, Governor Valige Tauabo said that their distinction in no way detracted from the merit of activities carried out by other national and international organisations working towards the well-being of the population in the province.<\/p>\n

The governor praised the partners for their organization and selfless work in supporting and assisting victims of terrorism, as well as creating the necessary bases for sustainable development in the province.<\/p>\n

The programme of awarding individuals and institutions began at the end of December 2021, and will gradually reach all of those who stood out in the year.<\/p>\n
