Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>Frelimo president Filipe Nyusi has praised the Friends of Nyusi Association (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Amigos de Nyusi \u2013 ANyusi) in Tete, which intends to build more than 10,000 houses for those affected by Tropical Storm Ana.<\/p>\n

The first phase of the initiative will be implemented in Tete.<\/p>\n

The Frelimo president expressed his feelings this Saturday at the association\u2019s first gala.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would like to express my gratitude for the ANyusi initiative, and say that I believe that within four months, maybe less, we will see the first house. I\u2019d like to come and hand over the key myself, so that the families do not think they are under any obligation. It is a commitment they have made; there shouldn\u2019t be a fuss because they\u2019ve promised us houses, gradually,\u201d the Frelimo president said.<\/p>\n

\u201cParty comrades here, the government, will help to see that this is done. Requalify the zoning; regulate it for it to be okay. Reserve spaces for schools and health centres as necessary. I saw a football field; you can improve it or put it somewhere else, but it should be done properly,\u201d he concluded.<\/p>\n
