Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>The Council of Ministers on Tuesday approved amendments to the Decree creating a visa for visitors to Mozambique involved in humanitarian assistance.<\/p>\n

The visa is granted to foreign citizens who come to the country at the invitation of government authorities and international and non-governmental organisations in order to carry out not-for-profit humanitarian work.<\/p>\n

Also in yesterday\u2019s session, the government appreciated information on emergency situations arising from the 2021\/2022 rainy\/cyclonic season and ongoing actions in response to needs resulting from the weather.<\/p>\n

In light of the situation of Public Calamity still persisting, the balance and prospects for the application of measures to contain the spread of Covid-19 were also considered, a press release received in the Radio Mozambique newsroom indicates.<\/p>\n
