Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>The National Inspectorate for Economic Activities (INAE) has seized more than 2,000 bottles of unsafe water in Maputo province.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, in Manica province, water containing high levels of faecal microorganisms and choleriforms was also seized . The seized water was in 500 ml sachet containers.<\/p>\n

Two commercial establishments responsible for water treatment and packaging were subsequently closed, INAE spokesman Tom\u00e1s Timba told the press.<\/p>\n

The seizure of mineral water unsuitable for consumption was carried out within the framework of inspections of water bottling and distribution companies.<\/p>\n
