The award assesses a set of practices and standards that define the level of sustainability of an organisation\u2019s operations, and also indicates that the bank is socially conscious.<\/p>\n

Also in the 2022 Global Banking & Finance Awards, Absa Mozambique was distinguished as \u2018Best Bank for HR & Recruitment Mozambique 2022\u2019, thus reinforcing its distinction as the \u2018Best Employer in Africa\u2019 award bestowed earlier this year by Top Employers Institute. The 2022 distinctions place Absa Bank Mozambique among the winners for the fourth consecutive year.<\/p>\n

In the same awards, the magazine distinguished, for the third consecutive year, the Managing Director of Absa Bank Mozambique, Rui Barros, with the award for \u2018Banking CEO of the Year Mozambique 2022\u2019.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s awards recognize the dedication and commitment of the bank, its managers and employees to innovation, execution, compliance with strategies, progressive and inspiring changes and the provision of excellent services.<\/p>\n

Managing Director of Absa Bank Mozambique, Rui Barros, says that the awards just attributed are a great source of great pride for Absa and demonstrate its commitment to society, to the communities within which it operates, and to its customers and employees in particular.<\/p>\n
