Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>Tempus Global Group recently distinguished 33 organisations in Mozambique for their excellence in the Employee Value Proposition. The award ceremony took place in May during a Gala held at the Polana Serena Hotel and was attended by the HR directors and general directors\/CEOs of the companies and organisations.<\/p>\n

The companies were awarded as part of the 1st edition of the Elite Employer, a pioneering program launched by Tempus Global Group that focuses on four pillars of the Employee Value Proposition, namely: Compensation and Benefits, Career, Work Environment and Culture.<\/p>\n

Elite Employer is a program which can be used as a powerful tool to support organisations (public, private and NGOs) in attracting and retaining talent.<\/p>\n

Tempus Global Group thus announces to the market the Elite Employers of 2022, which are: Aga Khan Academy, Aga Khan Foundation, Banco Big, British American Tobacco, BNI, Cervejas de Mo\u00e7ambique, Coca-Cola, Distell, Elizabeth Glazer, FGH , FHI 360, H2N, Heineken, ICRH Mozambique, IESE, IPAS, JFS \u2013 T\u00e9cnica Industrial, Kenmare Resources, Letshego, Maragra A\u00e7\u00facar SA \u2013 ILOVO, Moza Banco, Nestl\u00e9, Plan International, Pri Consultants, Sanlam, Sasol, Sociedade & Territ\u00f3rio Consultoria , Standard Bank, Tv Cabo, Tempus Correctores de Seguros Lda, Vivo Energy, Vodacom and Vale. Vale is no longer operating in the market, but participated in the benefits survey in 2021 and was eligible as an Elite Employer 2022 for its excellence in the employee value proposition.<\/p>\n

The Elite Employer program will henceforth take place every year, at the end of May, with a commemorative recognition event and will be based on a survey carried out in the previous year, between July and September, whose objective is to evaluate the same pillars with different perspectives. This is the National Survey of Benefits and Human Capital Management, the largest benefits study ever carried out in Mozambique.<\/p>\n

In addition to this distinction, Tempus Global Group reserves a special moment for Elite Employers throughout 2022, namely a \u2018breakfast\u2019 for each of the elected organisations, where the benchmark report on the positioning of that organisation will be presented.<\/p>\n

Also, optionally, they will be able to participate in four seminars held by Tempus on current topics of interest to the development of organisations and human resources professionals, who are responsible for ensuring continuity of investment in human capital.<\/p>\n

This initiative is supported by Hollard\/Cigna and is promoted by the senior consulting team from Tempus.<\/p>\n
