Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>Eleven thousand tons of butter beans are without buyers in the Tambara district of Manica. R\u00e1dio Mo\u00e7ambique reports.<\/p>\n

The representative of the associations of agricultural producers, in Tambara district, Benedito Zindua, said that the precarious conditions of the access roads also affect the sale of beans.<\/p>\n

Zindua explained that producers often suffer losses due to the fact that many buyers who come to the district dictate the price of the product. He said farmers are asking for government intervention to solve the problem.<\/p>\n

To minimize the situation, local economic agents have been purchasing beans in small quantities.<\/p>\n

Benedito Zindua explicou que muitas vezes, os produtores sofrem preju\u00edzos, pelo facto de muitos compradores que se fazem ao distrito, ditarem o pre\u00e7o do produto, ao que pedem a interven\u00e7\u00e3o do governo na solu\u00e7\u00e3o do problema.<\/p>\n

Para minimizar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, os agentes econ\u00f3micos locais t\u00eam estado a adquirir o feij\u00e3o em pequenas quantidades.<\/p>\n
