Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Carlos Zacarias on Friday visited the Coral South Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) platform in the Rovuma basin, off the coast of Cabo Delgado.<\/p>\n

The minister toured the various components of the platform, which is in the final stage of commissioning and is about to enter the production phase.<\/p>\n

\u201cRight now, the level of execution is at almost 100 percent, and activities aimed at the start of liquefied natural gas production are well underway,\u201d Minister Zacarias noted.<\/p>\n

The minister\u2019s visit to the Coral Sul platform is part of the regular monitoring of the implementation of activities planned by the government.<\/p>\n
