Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>Normal operation of the Credelec online electricity sales system was restored on Sunday afternoon, both on electronic platforms and in stores and resellers of Empresa Electricidade de Moc\u0327ambique (EDM).<\/p>\n

Over the weekend, the company experienced constraints in the Credelec on-line sales system, especially via digital channels.<\/p>\n

In a statement issued on Saturday, the company urged customers who needed to recharge their electricity metres to go to the company\u2019s stores, which remained open until 9:00 p.m..<\/p>\n

According to an EDM communique\u0301, technical teams worked throughout Saturday and Sunday morning to resolve the anomaly in the system.<\/p>\n

The company meanwhile continues to monitor the system to ensure prompt intervention in the event of any further problems.<\/p>\n
