\u201cYour appointment underlines the vibrant democratic dynamism within your party and across the UK, as well as attesting to confidence in your ability to drive the country forward,\u201d reads the message dated Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Nyusi acknowledges the \u201cchallenging circumstances\u201d Sunak is facing, but says he believes the new premiere \u201cwill capitalise on\u201d the legacy of his predecessors.<\/p>\n

The Mozambican president also believes \u201cin the deepening of excellent and fruitful bilateral and multilateral cooperation relations at the level of the Commonwealth, the United Nations and other international fora\u201d.<\/p>\n
