Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Vero\u0301nica Macamo Dlhovo, was today (November 1) meeting with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Anto\u0301nio Guterres, as part of her working visit to New York.<\/p>\n

According to an official note sent to \u201cNoti\u0301cias Online\u201d th e minister\u2019s visit to New York fulfils a work agenda included in the preparatory actions for Mozambique\u2019s mandate as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council. .<\/p>\n

On the first day of the visit, which began on Monday (October 31), Minister Vero\u0301nica Macamo held working meetings with the permanent representatives at the United Nations of Brazil and the United States of America.<\/p>\n

She will also meet with the permanent representatives of Gabon, Ghana, Kenya and Mali and carry out visits to the African Union Observation Mission and the Permanent Mission of Tanzania.<\/p>\n
