Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>The construction of 100 single-room dwellings in the \u2018Renascer\u2019 project in Chamissava, KaTembe municipal district, in the city of Maputo, is in its final stages.<\/p>\n

The units are expected to be delivered in the next few days.<\/p>\n

The housing units are designed for citizens who earn between one and five times the minimum wage, and who will be able to amortise the value of their homes through monthly instalments of 2,800 meticais, over a period of 20 years.<\/p>\n

The president of the Housing Development Fund (FFH), Armindo Munguambe, said that the building of the houses has entered the final phase, and the work was being accompanied by the implementation of service infrastructure.<\/p>\n
