Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>The companies certified as Top Employers 2023 have just been announced by the Top Employer Institute, and Vodacom was recognised as one of them. This certification is proof of the dedication and commitment of organisations to implement excellent Human Resources policies and people management practices in order to improve the corporate environment.<\/p>\n

The Top Employer Institute certification program is based on the participation and results of the Human Resources Best Practices Survey. Developed from a global methodology, the survey covers six (6) HR segments and 20 key topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellness and Diversity, Inclusion and more.<\/p>\n

And we witnessed this in our Top Employers Certification Programme this year: exceptional performance from 2023\u2019s certified Top Employers. These employers have proven that they care about the development and well-being of their Employees and, in doing so, collectively enrich the work environment,\u201d said David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute.<\/p>\n

It is the reward for everyone\u2019s effort and dedication to create an inclusive, diverse, and above all safe work environment, while implementing the best people management practices,\u201d said Katia Meggy, Director of Human Resources at Vodacom.<\/p>\n

The program has certified and given visibility to more than 2,052 Top Employers companies present in 121 countries\/regions, across five continents.<\/p>\n
