Bernardino Rafael highlighted the need to delve deeper into the phenomena that frequently occur across the two borders, especially concerning human trafficking and drug trafficking.<\/p>\n

The Chief Commander of the Mozambican Republic Police also emphasized that to maintain a good neighborly environment between both countries, there should be a Police Brotherhood where criminals from Mozambique cannot find refuge in South Africa and vice versa.<\/p>\n

Bernardino Rafael made these statements in Maputo during the Bilateral Ministerial Meeting with the Deputy National Commissioner of the South African Police.<\/p>\n
