Africa-Press – Mozambique. <\/strong><\/span>Fourteen of the 36 cold-storage chambers in the morgue of Xai-Xai Provincial Hospital in Gaza are out of action.<\/p>\n

The situation, ongoing since last week, is creating problems for citizens who require their services.<\/p>\n

At this point time, the cause of morgue\u2019s cold chambers\u2019 malfunction is still unknown.<\/p>\n

The morgue\u2019s cold-storage chambers are managed by Xai-Xai Municipal Council.<\/p>\n

The mayor of Xai-Xai, Em\u00eddio Xavier, however guarantees that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible, with a company contacted for the purpose due to arrive on Monday.<\/p>\n

Mayor Xavier meanwhile advises families who may need to conserve bodies to contact the city\u2019s urban services department for support.<\/p>\n
