Starting January 5, the city of Maputo will commence the collection of various municipal taxes at 15 service counters throughout the municipality. Taxes include the Municipal Vehicle Tax, Municipal Property Tax, Municipal Personal Tax, and Cleaning and Advertising Fees. The Maputo City Council has also opened nine bank accounts for residents to facilitate tax payments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
