Africa-Press – Namibia. A ZAMBIAN cattle herder committed suicide by hanging himself with a wire from a tree at Kakweli village in the Zambezi region.
The deceased man was identified as Oscar Sibuku (age unknown).
Zambezi regional police spokesperson, inspector Kisco Sitali, confirmed the incident to The Namibian today, saying that the deceased had been missing since Wednesday. It was only after his employer went searching for him that they found his lifeless body hanging from a tree on Saturday.
“No foul play is suspected and he did not leave a suicide note. The body has been transported to the Katima Mulilo mortuary,” he said.
