Namibian Chairperson of the National Council Lukas Sinimbo Muha visited Rwanda and met with Senate President François Xavier Kalinda and Vice Presidents Esperance Nyirasafari and Dr. Alvera Mukabaramba. The visit aimed to enhance parliamentary relations between the two countries and promote parliamentary diplomacy.
